LGTBQ+ and BIPOC ally, feminist
In fact, let’s just put a blanket on this and say this author wants all people to live in peace and prosperity. Human rights are imperative. It’s pretty ridiculous we even need to say this in 2024. Come as you, stay and have some pasta, and don’t worry about where you put your stuff. We love you here, and you are welcome.
At the base of everything, I aim to be an ally. Dropped your dollar in at the coffee shop? I GOT YOU. You need a book recommendation after a terrible week? I HAVE SO MANY. Need a shoulder to cry on because work sucks? I GOT YOU! Somebody used your wrong pronouns? I WILL CORRECT THEM. The patriarchy got you down? I WAS ALREADY MAD AND NOW I”M READY TO FIGHT. You’re thinking about protesting but maybe you can’t or have no idea how or feel anxious about going about it alone? I have no idea either, so I’m writing books. Hopefully through this process I find a community of like-minded, Watermelon protecting, LGBTQ+ valuing dollar returners.

Other triggers as they come
Pretty much the only thing I don’t like is death, so most of my books will have happy endings, and i’ll warn you if they don’t. I’m pro-choice, pro legal marijuana. I do learn about unpleasant things, so there will be some trigger warnings (like the original and pretty bad Sleeping Beauty – that might get it’s own post). But for the most part, this author thinks the world is pretty bad as it is, and we can’t imagine a happy ending for it if we’re writing about unhappy endings. NOT THAT THE’RE BAD. they’re just not my taste. I will make a whole page of references for the things I don’t like, if it gets enough interest.
